The 3-Stage Ninja Attack Karakuri Hengen is a giant 4-point shuriken that the core Ninningers carry with them. The Karakuri Hengen is able to change into three different weapon forms, all marked with their respective kanji: the Karakuri Hengen Sword, a short sword; the Karakuri Hengen Bow, which allows any Ninninger to fire energy arrows; and the Karakuri Hengen, a tri-claw designed for swift stabs.

To activate the finisher, a Ninninger needs to place a Nin Shuriken into the middle of the weapon, making the weapon announce "The Karakuri!", allowing the Karakuri Hengen to announce, depending on which mode it was in, "Sword Transformer Slash!", making the blade glow the same color as the Ninninger wielding it, "Bow Transformer Shot!", making it fire an arrow glowing in the same color as the Ninninger that fired it, or "Claw Transformer Rend!", making the claws glow the same color as the Ninninger wielding it.

When fighting Youkai Tsuchigumo, the Ninningers combined the 3 finishers into one, by having ShiroNinger and MomoNinger shooting their arrows, allowing AoNinger and KiNinger to catch their shots with their blades, and send it skyward, allowing AkaNinger to strike the mixing energies to make it form a five-toned shuriken that then flies at the opponent.

When AkaNinger uses the Karakuri Hengen while riding OtomoNin Shinobimaru, Shinobimaru is armed with its own larger Karakuri Hengen. This was used in Shuriken Sentai Ninninger The Movie: The Dinosaur Lord's Splendid Ninja Scroll! to shoot the horn on OtomoNin Dinomaru, breaking the curse on Tatsunosuke Hakkaku.

In Shuriken Sentai Ninninger vs. ToQger The Movie: Ninjas in Wonderland, Dark AkaNinger is able to use the 3 modes in the same way the Legendary Dark Ninjas that form him use their own weapons with the Karakuri Hengen Sword being used like Hattori Hanzo's Giant Shuriken or Karakuri Hengen Claw like Fuuma Kotaro's Spear

Guitar Ningeki Star Sword-Gun is the personal weapon of StarNinger, in which it combines three types of equipment into a single weapon. The weapon itself has two modes: Sword Mode and Gun Mode in which to launch attacks, greatly maximizing the range of attacks that the weapon can utilize to deal on enemies and Youkai alike due to how easy it is to switch modes, which is a simple switching of the grip. It also strums like an actual electric guitar.

To utilize attacks, the dual-element Furai Nin Shuriken is placed right on the sound hole compartment of the weapon before strumming it to activate their corresponding Shuriken Ninja Art jutsus. When controlling Rodeomaru to make it control the Bison Buggy, StarNinger places the Star Sword-Gun on the wall behind him. Like the core Ninningers, StarNinger uses the Star Sword-Gun as a medium for using BisonKing's finishers.

Finishers

To activate the finishers on the Star Sword-Gun, StarNinger presses the red tab-like button on the Sword-Gun, making it announce "The Attack!", then spinning the Nin Shuriken currently in the slot on the Sword-Gun. Depending on how StarNinger is using his weapon, the Sword-Gun can announce "Ninja Slash" if in Sword Mode, or "Ninja Shot" if in Gun Mode just before the final blow is struck.

Shuriken Ninja Art Secret Technique : Wind Rockstar : This requires the Furai Nin Shuriken to be in its Wind Setting to be performed. StarNinger envelops himself in a blue hurricane, then rushes at the target, and bombards it with multiple slashes, rotating around the target while doing so.
Shuriken Ninja Art Secret Technique : Lightning Rockstar : This requires the Furai Nin Shuriken to be in its Lightning Setting to be performed. StarNinger fires a blast of lightning at his target. During the first usage of this finisher, it was used to enhance AoNinger's Ninja Violent Slash.

Secret Sword Kakuremaru

Secret Sword Kakuremaru
- Secret Sword Kakuremaru The primary weapons of the Kakurangers, the Kakuremarus are the swords passed down from their ancestors that change form whenever the Kakurangers transform. Each Kakuranger is able to perform their own signature sword strike modelled after their individual crests as well as perform the Lightning Wave team finisher where all five Rangers cross their swords to create a powerful blast that destroys Youkai.

Shuriken's Bat

- Shurikenger's personal weapon, in the form of a Hayatemaru-sized katana with an oversize sheath. Other than being used as a sword, it can also be used as a baseball bat once combined with it's sheath, and was once used as a microphone. The Bat's special attack is to allow Shurikenger to hit a hoard of baseballs at his opponent while spinning rapidly in place.
- By using it, Shurikenger can perform the Freezing Sword, Thawing Sword, Plasma Sword, Fire Sword, called Kaenken, Sky Secret Hitting Practice Swinging Slash, Super Ninja Art: Secret Hitting Thousand Knock with the Shuriken Ball, the variant Miracle Thousand Knock also with the Shuriken Ball, and the Wing Ninja Sword Technique: Heavenly Slash attacks. The Bat can also be placed into Tenkuujin to be used as a control stick

Optical-magnetized Light Vacuum Sword

- A sword passed throughout the Togakure school, it is Jiraiya's primary weapon. When Jiraiya yells the name of the sword, it becomes a shining laser blade.
- Any enemy defeated by a special technique performed with the blade will be wrapped around seven differently colored lights before vanishing.
- Only Toha, who is descended from the space alien that brought the sword, can use it to its full powers. Like the Jiraiya Suit, it was created from a meteorite that arrived from 300 light years away from Earth and fell into a glacier at the North Pole.
- When not in used, it is usually kept hidden inside a mirror within the Bujinkan school. It has its own fill as well. With this sword, Jiraiya can perform the following special techniques.
