The Hee-Hackgun is a firearm-like Module resembling a fire extinguisher that enables Fourze to either use it as a fireball launcher/flamethrower in Flame Mode or shoot fire-dousing foam in Fire Extinguisher Mode.
Fire Extinguisher Mode is accessed when Fourze attaches the Hee-Hackgun via the Attach Holder to his belt, then pulls on it to get the front half to extend out via the High Pressure Tube tubing to exclude fire-dousing foam.
The Hee-Hackgun's muzzle, known as the , is made of Astronium with exceptional rigidity to ensure the Hee-Hackgun from deterioration and damage over time, even after repeated flame radiation and high-pressure expulsion. By setting the Fire Switch into the Hee-Hackgun's Switch Slot located on the bottom of the Hee-Hackgun's Energy Chamber, Fourze can initiate one of two Rider Shooting Limit Breaks depending on the weapon's mode.

Elek Module Billy the Rod
The Elek Module Billy the Rod is the main weapon of Kamen Rider Fourze when in Elek States, accessed through the 10th Astroswitch, the Elek Switch. It first appears in episode 5. Initially, the Elek Switch only changed Fourze Base States' right forearm's color from white to gold and armed him with Billy the Rod while he suffered backlash shock from its power.
Later, after allowing the Switch's power to course through his body, it allows Fourze to assume Elek States. Billy the Rod is a nightstick-like Module that functions as a sword. Along the cross-guard is a series of sockets collectively known as the United Taps, arranged into a triangle formation, for a built-in plug-and-cable on the Module that's called the Ignition Plug to access different ways to unleash a electrical current into an attack.
The left United Tap energizes the blade, electrifying anything it hits for extra damage. The top United Tap energizes the blade, but it fires energy slashes when swung, allowing for ranged attacks. The right United Tap, when the blade is swung, sends three pulses of electricity to immobilize a Zodiarts. With Billy The Rod and the Winch Module, Fourze can perform the Rider Electric Shock attack by striking the Winch's cable with Billy the Rod while the Rod's cable is in the left United Tap.

By setting in the Elek Switch into Billy The Rod's Switch Slot located at the weapon's base, Fourze can initiate one of three Rider Slash Limit Breaks depending on which United Tap the Ignition Plug is inserted in.
- Left : Rider Ten Billion Volt Break, where the Fourze swings Billy The Rod to slash with an energized Binary Capacitor blade.
- Top : Rider Ten Billion Volt Shoot, where Fourze swings Billy The Rod to send an arc of electricity with enough force to slash through the target with ease. Even the edges of the attack can do damage, as its first usage had left environmental damage in the pavement.
- Right : Rider Ten Billion Volt Burst, where Fourze slams the tip of Billy The Rod (also called the Lead Shaft into the ground, sending massive voltage into the ground, destroying it while disorientating/electrocuting the target.
Heisei Rider vs Showa Rider : Kamen Rider Taisen feat Super Sentai
The Elek Module Billy the Rod, along with the Cosmic Module Barizun Sword, was wielded by Kamen Rider Fifteen when he uses the Heisei Rider Lockseed to assume Fourze Arms, with Billy the Rod showing up as part of the Heisei Lockseed-generated Fourze Arms' Fourze Au Lait.
Ganbaride/Ganbarizing
The Elek Module Billy the Rod is also among the various Rider Weapons used by Ganbarider in Kamen Rider Battle: Ganbarizing.
