Sword Form's typically used Full Charge finisher is the Extreme Slash, which is merely labeled by Momotaros as "My Finishing Move!", and famously gives it "Parts", despite said parts, those being Parts 2, 2 Dash, 3, and 5 (four was skipped because of tetraphobic reasons, even if Momo wouldn't admit it to Ryotaro) being identical to each other, in the aspect that the blade of the DenGasher detaches and flies in the path of Den-O's swings, ending with a chop that bifurcates.
He also uses a "Special Version" (in I'm Born! to finish off Gaoh which resembles the aforementioned parts, the only difference is that the Full Charge is used twice, with the blade striking Gaoh across the chest when it emerged from the ground. There is also a Final Version used against the Death Imagin which uses energy from the other Taros, Sieg, and Kamen Rider Zeronos Vega Form. In the Cho Den-O series, Sword Form also has a triple Roundhouse DenRider Kick , with Momotaros dubbing this his "Super Finishing Attack".

The DenKamen Mask resembles two halves of a peach, which is based on the story of Momotaro, with Momo being based off of the Oni Momotaro fought, much to Momo's constant chagrin, as Imagin are given their body's form from their host's imagination, with Ryotaro's imagination being notoriously poor.
Full Charge
When in Sword Form, Full Charge is used in conjunction with Extreme Slash. The most common form of this attack consists of the DenGasher's blade detaching and flying at high speeds in mid-air, connected by a stream of energy to the hilt. It follows the path where Den-O slashes, making the attack an effective long-range finisher and a damaging short-range attack (as seen in the first episode, being cut with the stream of energy is apparently not as effective). When maneuvered properly, the detached blade can also lift the target to set up for aerial attacks. Less frequently, the Extreme Slash is manifested as simply a regular sword slash imbued with energy.
- A series of three roundhouse Rider Kicks called the Den-Rider Kick is a new Full Charge seen in Cho Kamen Rider Den-O & Decade Neo Generations : The Onigashima Warship. Momotaros refers to it as his "Super Finishing Attack".
Rider Slash is a finishing move from the Kamen Rider Series. It has traditionally consisted of a powered slash from a Rider's blade, traditionally in the form of a sword, but any weaponry can be utilized as long as it is sharp, including beam-swords and projectile attacks from swords. The only exceptions are blades that are attached to pole arm-typed weapons. It can cause grievous harm and is used against the monster after it has been weakened from fighting with the Rider. The Rider Slash was first used by Riderman, reemerged with Kamen Rider BLACK RX, and since then, it has been used commonly by the succeeding (Neo) Heisei-era Kamen Riders.
