Infinity Gauntlets are items used to manipulate the power of the Infinity Stones. There are two Infinity Gauntlets. The one on Odin's Trophy Room is a replica and a right handed gauntlet. The other one in Thanos' possession is the original and a left handed gauntlet.

Thor

The right Gauntlet was on display in Odin's Trophy Room and guarded by The Destroyer.

Avengers : Age of Ultron

In Thor's vision induced by Wanda, Thor saw the Infinity Stones being assembled on a cloud-like version of the Infinity Gauntlet. Thanos opened a vault to a stoneless Infinity Gauntlet that he put on his left hand, and made note to find the stones so that he can destroy Earth himself.

Thor : Ragnarok

The right Gauntlet was later revealed by Hela to be the fake one when she entered on Odin's Trophy Room.

Avengers : Infinity War

The gauntlet was forged by Eitri, the king of the Dwarves, using the forge that had been used to create Mjölnir. Thanos ordered Eitri to forge the gauntlet in exchange for sparing the dwarves' lives but went back on his word and only spared Etri when the deed was done. Thanos went on to collect all six Infinity Stones and erased half the life in the universe with the snap of his fingers.

• Dwarven Physiology : As King of Nidavellir, Eitri possesses various superhuman attributes common among the Dwarves. However, some are considerably more developed than those of the vast majority of his race. Also, like all dwarves, Eitri is much larger than asgardians and humans respectively.
  • Superhuman Strength : Eitri possessing vast superhuman strength; for example, he is strong enough to send Thor flying with a kick. However, Eitri's strength is ultimately inferior to Thanos's, evidenced by the fact that he willingly forged the Infinity Gauntlet for the Titan in exchange for his people's lives
  • Immortality : Eitri has lived for thousand years, since the days when Odin was once a ruthless war king who conquered the Nine Realms, he is 5000 years old, if not older. However, Eitri is not truly immortal, as he only possesses a form of ageless immortality; evidenced by the fact that he willingly forged the Infinity Gauntlet for Thanos in exchange for his people's lives.

Other Abilities

• Master Blacksmith : Eitri is a highly skilled blacksmith, as he has forged various weapons and armor for the Asgardians over the years, such as Mjölnir. However, by far his most impressive feat of his blacksmith skills, is that Eitri was able to forge Stormbreaker, an enchanted axe-hammer that exceeds even Mjölnir; according to Eitri, Stormbreaker is the most powerful weapon in the history of Asgard that he has ever created.

• Power Augmentation : Stormbreaker is able to focus and enhance Thor Odinson's powers.
• Invulnerability : Due to it being comprised of Uru, Stormbreaker is almost indestructible; for example, it was able to withstand energy blasts that was created by all six Infinity Stones.
• Bifrost Creation : Stormbreaker is able to channel dimensional energy, acting as the Bifrost Bridge; allowing Thor to teleport himself or his allies to any planet he chooses; with a mere thought.
