Usage
Standard
- Transformation : After inserting a R/B Crystal into the centerpiece and pulling the grips outwards thrice, the user transforms into either Rosso or Blu. This device can also apparently be used to either transform into Kaiju, or summon them.
- Kaiju Summoning : The Kaiju versions of R/B Crystal instead allows the user to summon its corresponding Ultra Kaiju.
- Orb Ring NEO is Ultraman Orb Dark's transformation device, and also serves as a tool for Ultraman Rosso and Ultraman Blu. It is based off, or may be an evolution of the Orb Ring used by Gai Kurenai.
- Dark Origium Ray : A dark version of Ultraman Orb's Origium Ray, and Orb Dark's signature Ultra Beam. It is activated when the Orb Ring NEO is set onto the R/B Gyro, for now it is unknown whether this is a toy-exclusive function or is needed within the show itself.
- Triple Origium Ray : Rosso, Blu, and the "aura of Orb Origin" fire the Origium Ray. It is activated when the Orb Ring NEO is set onto the R/B Gyro.

Usage
The Orb Ring NEO has 2 modes with different purposes. Enemy Mode is used by Orb's Dark while Hero Mode is used by Rosso and Blu.
Enemy Mode
- Orb Ring NEO's default mode, the ring shines purple.
- Transformation : This device serves as Ultraman Orb Dark's transformation device. The user presses the central button once to transform into Orb Dark.
- Dark Origium Ray : A dark version of Ultraman Orb's Origium Ray, and Orb Dark's signature Ultra Beam. It is activated when the Orb Ring NEO is set onto the R/B Gyro, for now it is unknown whether this is a toy-exclusive function or is needed within the show itself.
- Unknown Finisher : After pressing the Orb Ring NEO's central button thrice, a secondary, currently unknown finisher can be unleashed by Orb Dark. As with the Dark Origium Ray, it is unknown if the Orb Ring NEO's activation is needed for Orb Dark to use this finisher in the series.
- Orb Ring NEO changes to Hero Mode when the switch is pushed up, and the ring shines blue.
