Transformation

- By turning the Victory Lancer into Lancer Mode, Victory's Spark Doll will appear and Shou will place it on the item's transformation spot, causing the face to appear and a voice to declare "UltraLive: Ultraman Victory". Shou's body will then light up and Victory's glowing form is seen flying away, Shou follows as light, merging with his Color Timer and completing the Ultra, from there a normal Rise Scene is shown with crystal and a red background.
- Ultraman Ginga Victory
- Both Hikaru and Shou transform via the Ultra Touch by performing acrobatic jump and uniting the Ultra Fusion Brace and the Victory Lancer. Once doing so, the apparitions of Ultraman Ginga and Victory appear and combine, with the next scene shifts to the rising sequence of Ultraman Ginga Victory.

Victory Lancer

- Victory Lancer is a device used in Ultraman Ginga S, the second season of Ultraman Ginga. It is the transformation device of Ultraman Victory, the secondary Ultra of the series. An ancient relic of the Victorians, a race of underground humans. In modern times it was given to Prince Shou to use to retrieve the Victorium Stone.

- Worn by Victorians, the Victorium-crafted necklace was used by Shou to communicate with his mother
- Energy Punch : The necklace can be used to perform an energy punch attack against Android One Zero to destroy her bomb.
- Communication : The Victorians were able to communicate with each other via these necklaces.
- Memory Storage : If the Victorium stone allows it, it can store one's memories. It even worked on Mana, which was how she was recreated in Ultraman Ginga S Movie Showdown! The 10 Ultra Warriors!.
- Purifying Wave : When hit against a hard surface, the necklace can emit a powerful sound wave that can purify the minds of others.

- Ultraman Victory Cyber Cards
- Are cards manufactured by XIO in Ultraman X. Daichi Ozora frequently uses them for Ultraman X to gain power / armor from Ultraman Victory / Ultraman Ginga Victory. Created by the lab team in Xio's Research and Development section, the Cyber Cards contain Cyber Kaiju.
- Ultraman Victory Ultra Fusion Cards
- Were originally the powers of the past Ultra Warriors, who sealed the King Demon Beasts into slumber. This cards that allow Gai Kurenai / Ultraman Orb frequently uses them to change forms based on the two cards he uses in his Orb Ring.
- Ultraman Victory Ultra Capsule
- Provided by Ultraman Hikari, Reito Igaguri is in possession of Ultra Capsules that represent Ultraman Zero's successors. All these were combined into two different capsules in Ultraman Geed series.
Shepherdon Saber
By scanning Shepherdon's Spark Doll, Victory will be armed with the Shepherdon Saber, a sword that resembles said monster's back crystal. The sword can glow in different colors, each for one of the attacks Victory can perform. First used on Verokron and Doragory.
Usage
- Shepherdon Saber Flash : Victory can use his Shepherdon Saber to slash an opponent with the shape of a giant "V". This can also be used as a projectile. When fired, a silhouette of Shepherdon is seen flying at the enemy.
- Ginga Victory Ultimatum : A combination attack with Ginga's Ginga Spark Lance.
- Double Saber Attack : Exclusive to Ultraman Fusion Fight!, Victory uses the Shepherdon Saber to execute the Shepherdon Saber Flash and then Ginga uses the Ginga Saber to finish off the opponent via a shockwave.

- Knight Timbre is a sword/flute hybrid that is used by Ultraman Victory in Ultra Fight Victory. The Knight Timbre was created by Ultraman Hikari after he was informed of the Juda's revival by Yapool. Hikari gave the Knight Timbre to Victory in hopes that the Victorium Ultra Warrior would seal the villain forever.
Using the Victory Lancer, Victory can partially Live with selected Spark Dolls, manifesting them through his right arm and enabling him to use their powers. The dolls become weapons for Victory to use as he wields the Kaiju's powers through his arm.
- EX Red King Knuckle : Using the EX Red King doll, Victory changes his right arm into an EX Red King's arm. Can be used to punch the opponent. First used against Ginga.
- Magma Shock : An analogous ability to EX Red King's Flame Road. By smashing the EX Red King Knuckle into the ground, Victory can summon a series of massive eruptions capable of dealing damage to even the strongest of opponents. First used against Ginga.
- Fireball : Victory can release fireballs from the knuckle. First used in episode 2 to attack Ginga but was block by Ginga Saber.
- Eleking Tail : Using the Eleking doll, Victory turns his right arm into an Eleking tail. He uses it as a whip and to slam against the opponent. First used in an army of Inpelaizers.
- King Joe Launcher : Using the King Joe Custom doll, Victory turns his right arm into the robot's Pedanium Launcher. He uses it fire multiple energy blasts and a single charge energy blast at the opponent. First used on Gudon.
- Gudon Whip : Using the Gudon doll, Victory turns his right arm into a Gudon whip. He uses it whip the opponent multiple times. First used on Vakishim.
- Sadola Scissors : Using the Sadora doll, Victory turns his right arm into a Sadola pincer claw. First used on Five King.
- Hyper Zetton Scissors : Victory's last UlTrans. By scanning Hyper Zetton's Spark Doll, Victory's right hand turn into Hyper Zetton's hand. First used to attack Vict Lugiel's Victorium Cannon.
- Dark Fireball : Victory can launch huge fireballs from the Hyper Zetton Scissors. Used on Vict Lugiel.
- Takkong Fireball : By scanning Takkong's drawing, Victory's fist transforms into Takkong's upper body. This is made by the 2014 Televi Magazine grand prize by the children's drawing and only appears in Ultraman Festival 2014. Its finishers are:
- Part 1 : Victory summons a hailing barrage of fireballs towards the opponent. This is based on Ginga's Ginga Fireball.
- Part 2 : Victory summons a projection of Takkong, which rolls onto the opponent.
- Baltan Senju Cannon : By scanning Alien Baltan's drawing, Victory's right hand turns into what looks like a combination of multiple Baltan forming in a similar manner to the Buddha deity Sahasrabhuja. This is made by the 2014 Televi Magazine grand prize by the children's drawing.
- Baltan Scissor : Only appears in Ultraman Festival 2014, though an actual UlTrans of Baltan exist in toy announcements as Alien Baltan Lance. Victory summons a giant apparition of Baltan's upper half body as he slams his giant pincer to the opponent.
