This suit is similar to the suit worn by the Caitlin Snow of Earth Two, in terms of the design and the colors. The suit includes a long dark blue coat with silver details, which reaches down to a little bit below knee length. The coat is zipped up to form a corset-like top with a snowflake-like symbol in the middle of her waist, possibly featured as an "emblem" for the suit.
It also has a dark blue dress underneath the coat and long dark blue boots that go up to her thighs. Caitlin eventually merged with her Killer Frost side and abandoned her alter-ego and her suit. Killer Frost, then, started using a new suit in result of the other one getting destroyed. This new suit includes a baby blue jacket and a leather pants with the former snowflake-like symbol from her old suit. She also wears black heel.

The suit consists of several shades of blue to match Caitlin's cold personality and powers. It includes a dark blue leather jacket and pants, a light blue leather animal print top with a dark leather belt around her waist and high heels. The animal print design on her top is on the sides of her jacket too. She appeared to always wear the jacket, however in her first appearance during Barry's vision, she wasn't wearing it. Caitlin also wears silver linear earrings. After she was killed by Zoom, it is unknown what happened to her suit. However, Caitlin Snow from Earth One later wore an identical suit in order to impersonate Killer Frost to trick Black Siren.

The gun was designed by Cisco, unknown to both Harrison Wells and Caitlin Snow as a failsafe in case Barry ever turned out to be dangerous or was unable to control his powers after he woke up from his coma. Snart later upgraded his Cold Gun following his breakout from Iron Heights; he made it so that if he lets go of the handle of the gun at any stage, the core of the gun goes critical and explodes. After Snart's death, Mick Rory kept the Cold Gun and attempted to teach his new partner, Carmine Broome, to use it. However, Mick ended up killing Broome in exasperation.
In the aftermath of the Legends' mission in 1863, Mick gave the Cold Gun to Ray Palmer, who temporarily used it after his A.T.O.M. Exosuit was destroyed. At first, Ray thought that he could make some improvements to the gun, though Mick told him that the gun was fine the way it was. Ray used it during the Legends' mission in 1987 when he, Mick and Sara were swarmed by the Secret Service. He and Mick used their weapons to try and keep them at bay but Ray accidentally moved and crossed the Cold Gun's stream with the Heat Gun, causing an explosion that knocked both Mick and Ray off their feet.
The Cold Gun was later use along with its Earth-X counterpart by Caitlin Snow in order to cool down Neil Borman when he was about to go nuclear after being taken captive by Siren-X and was brought by the latter to CCPD in an effort to destroy Earth One's Central City in retaliation for the defeat of her allies. Leo Snart also briefly used the Earth One version of the Cold Gun during this mission after Siren-X got a hold of his Cold Gun.
Specifications
- Absolute zero blast : The gun, as explained by the thieving S.T.A.R. Labs janitor who stole it, shoots a blueish "white flame" that lowers temperature. In actual fact, the gun contains a micro-engine that generates a blast or beam of absolute zero or subzero cold. The engine projects the cold as a blast that can freeze anything on impact. It's so powerful, it incapacitated The Flash and slowed his speed. The goggles that came along with it are a way to protect the user from the glare of said blast.
- GPS system : The gun has a GPS system built into it, it can be tracked by S.T.A.R. Labs, however, the GPS can also be deactivated by the user. The second version of the gun, lacking this system, relies upon the tracker to search for ultraviolet "cold" signatures through military tracking technologies.
- Self-destruction : At some point, Snart modified his second Cold Gun so that if he were to release his grip on the handle, the core would go critical and explode.
- Limited power supply : The Cold Gun has a limited charge capacity and thus has to be periodically re-charged each time it runs out.
- Heat Gun : If the Cold Gun crosses beams with that of the Heat Gun, both weapons will temporarily be disabled.

After Cisco was captured by the Rogues, they force him to make a new Heat Gun for Mick, to replace the one that was taken from him, under the threat of the death of Cisco's brother Dante. Mick had the Heat Gun with him when he was recruited as part of Rip Hunter's team, using it as his primary weapon on their various missions throughout time. Mick didn't have it on him when Snart marooned him for being a liability to the team, so the gun was presumably kept by the team on the Waverider.
After Mick, as Chronos, was captured by the team and reformed, he again started using the Heat Gun as his primary weapon as he was subsequently seen using it to save a younger Sara Lance in 2007 from The Pilgrim. When the team went after Vandal Savage in 2166, Kendra enlisted the help of Mick and his heat gun to melt her bracelet to coat the head of Carter's mace with the bracelet's Nth metal. The flamethrower was later used to kill Vandal Savage in 1958 since the Thanagarian meteorite's radiation had neutralized Savage's immortality, allowing Mick to incinerate him to death. The weapon was broken by Sara when she was controlled by Mallus. Later, Mick repairs and continues to use the Heat Gun along with the Fire Totem, as he is seen using it against Grodd.
Specifications
- Absolute heat blast: When fired, the heat gun increases the temperature of the air dramatically, like some sort of "extreme heat wave", which effects is equal to a giant flamethrower. This wave achieves "absolute hot", or the Planck temperature (1.417 × 1032 K). When activated, certain lights on it turn red, in contrast to the Cold Gun's blue. The Heat Gun can burn almost anything with its fiery blast, while it is also able to cause an explosive blast capable of blowing up a truck in one shot, as seen when he attacked Baron Krueger's caravan with it.
- Concussive blast : The weapon appears to have been upgraded over Mick's travels with the Legends, as it can knock someone down without any major burns to them, which it has done on several occasions.
- Electomagnetic pulse : An EMP could short out the Heat Gun and render it powerless until repaired.
- Cold Gun : If the Heat Gun crosses beams with that of the Cold Gun, both weapons will temporarily be disabled.
